• 2004 - Present: Researcher and therapist, Center for Clinical Psychology, Vietnam Institute of Psychology

• 2018 - 06/2019: Part-time school counselor, British Vietnamese School BVIS.

• 2010 - 2011: Clinical consultant: Psychological support for trafficked women for socio economic re-integration, Gruppo Trentino di Volontariato (Italian International NGO). Provide (a) psychological support to trafficked women, and (b) train and supervise staff of the Women's Union of Hai Duong Province to provide psychological support to trafficking victims.

• 2007 - 2008: Deputy Director, SHARE LLPC. Co-founded SHARE, a Hanoi-based company that provides psychotherapy, skills training and psychological education services. Responsible for the external relationships between SHARE and its international partners, local partners and the SHARE Board of Directors.

• 2009 - 2010: Instructor, Hanoi Adolescent Social Center. Teaching “Children’s Life Skills” program (a social skills training program) to young people.

• 2005 - 2007: Psychologist, Blue Dragon Children's Organization (domestic NGO working with street children). Teaching the program “Life values” for street children; educate street children about the risks of sexual abuse, HIV and drug use; conduct individual counseling with street children.

• 2004 - 2005: Online Mentor, Youth Confidentiality, a project supported by the Ford Foundation. Provides online counseling for young people about HIV and related sexual health issues.
