Training On "Educational Leadership And Management" For Teachers Of Nguyen Sieu School

On September 19th, a training session on "Educational Leadership and Management" was held at Nguyen Sieu School for the school's teaching staff. Conducting the training session was the Director of the Vietnam - France Psychology Institute - Assoc. Prof Dr. Nguyen Thi My Loc.

The main content of the training session included:

1. Fundamental issues in management work

With the enthusiastic interaction of the teaching staff, the training session clarified issues such as whether teachers need to learn about management or not, the concept and role of a manager, and the general skills and knowledge of a manager.

2. Competencies of successful managers

The three main competency groups of a manager in general, and teachers - educational managers in particular, are: cognitive competence, job competence, and interpersonal competence.

Through the training session, it is hoped that the teaching staff of Nguyen Sieu School will gain valuable knowledge to develop themselves and strive to become passionate and psychologically enthusiastic educational leaders.
