Recently, the Vietcombank Training and Human Resources Development School collaborated with the Vietnam - France Psychology Institute (VFPI) to organize a seminar on "Stress Management – Work-Life Balance" for their team of officials and employees.
With the participation of two speakers: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thanh Nam - a psychological expert, and Dr. Nguyen Thuy Anh - an educational expert, the seminar aimed to alleviate stress and build a healthy lifestyle in the workplace for officials and employees. Representing the Vietcombank Training School was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kieu Huu Thien - the director of the Training School, along with their team of officials and employees.
Alongside the enthusiastic interaction of the Vietcombank team, the seminar identified factors and causes of stress in the workplace, thereby proposing effective coping strategies. These are important skills that contribute to creating a happy and successful working environment at Vietcombank. According to Dr. Tran Thanh Nam, pressure in the workplace is inevitable. Furthermore, how one copes with pressure depends on each individual's perspective, Dr. Nguyen Thuy Anh shared 8 aspects to ensure balance in the workplace: emotional well-being, work environment, finances, expertise, position, physical foundation, social relationships, and spirituality.

Additionally, the Vietcombank team had the opportunity to experience the Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS 21). Through the assessment scale, individuals could preliminarily evaluate their own difficulties.
VFPI appreciates the cooperation of the Vietcombank Training and Human Resources Development School. It is hoped that the emphasis on investing in human resources from the perspective of mental health will contribute to Vietcombank's even greater success in the future.
