4.3. Applied Activities

  • 2005 – Present: Provided psychological therapy for more than 100 patients.

  • March 2012 – June 2012: Developed guidelines for child protection and support in emergency situations, an emergency relief department project in collaboration with UNICEF.

  • November 2011 – July 2012: Developed case management guidelines, a Department of Child Protection project in collaboration with UNICEF.

  • June 2010 – September 2011: Conducted training on case management and psychological counseling for social workers; conducted “Life Skills and Living Values” training sessions for juvenile delinquents under the project “Support for Juvenile Delinquents in Hai Phong.“

  • 2000 – 2008: Living Values Education Program (LVEP) – Conducted Training of Trainers (TOT) for social workers, educators, rehabilitation center staff, youth volunteers, lecturers and students at the University of Education, lecturers and students at the Faculty of Special Education (Hanoi National University of Education), lecturers at the Faculty of Psychology (College of Education), and NGO staff. Conducted training workshops for primary and lower secondary school teachers in Phu Tho and Thai Nguyen provinces.

  • August 2005 – October 2008: Served as Consultant/Trainer for Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation, under the “Bước tiến” (Step Forward) project funded by Spain.

  • July 2006 – December 2007: Served as Consultant for UNICEF.

  • November 2009 – January 2010: Conducted Peer Counseling and Training of Trainers (TOT) workshops for a disability support group in Da Nang. 

  • April 2017 – December 2017: Implemented 08 “Living Values Education” programs for the television show “Quà tặng cuộc sống” (Gifts of Life) on VTV2.

  • September 2003 – September 2004: Delivered training for the project “First and Second Red River Basin Sector Rural Development Support.“

  • 2003 – 2004: Implemented 03 programs focusing on adolescents and families in difficult circumstances broadcast on VTV1 and VTV2.
