Nowadays, technology development helps us to access to many different sources of information, to learn and exchange. But it also puts us in different relationships and different stressors from work, family, friends, climate change, unhealthy circadian rhythms. Mental health problems, in particular, are issues that we are tend to disregard and overlook.

Mental health problems related to thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. They might temporarily or permanently affect our lives, work and study.

According to World Health Organization (WHO), about 50% of adults experience mental health problems at some point in their lives. More than half of these symptoms range from moderate to severe. In fact, mental health problems are one of the leading causes of mental and physical disabilities for children and adults, and depression is a major one. However, only about 20% of people with mental health difficulties are supported by psychiatrists and psychotherapists.
