Mental health problems are difficult to identify. Therefore, we first need to pay attention to the severity of body symptoms, expressions related to emotions, perceptions, behaviors, especially the signs related to depression, suicidal thoughts, behavior that can lead to suicide and other serious disorders.

Secondly, we need to determines when and how often the symptoms manifest. Each mental health problem will have their own diagnostic criteria to be distinguish from other disorders.

Next, we need to consider the impact of these disorders on our daily lives such as insomnia, loss of appetite, loss of interest in some activities, difficult to control feelings of anger, difficult to control behavior, depression.

In order to identify, evaluate and diagnose the mental health problem properly, we also should pay attention to the personality, relationships with family and people around, economic conditions, social issues, living environment and financial capacity of each patient.
